2. Products

We sell physical products through this website. We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR and are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are added at checkout.
  • Payment is made as a one-time payment at checkout.
  • We accept payment via credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship physical products within the EU and internationally.

Shipping cost:

  • Flat rate of EUR 3.50, paid at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 1–2 business days
  • UK & USA: 2–3 business days
  • Other countries: 4–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is unused, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

6. Returns & Refunds (Non-EU & General)

  • Refunds are offered for unused and returned products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Danish law.
